New Mobile CO2 Blasting Trailer

This trailer houses all that is needed for the cleaning of Turbine blades, valves, studs etc...

Any part or component that requires direct cleaning can be easily transported and brought into our trailer for thorough cleaning.

This completely eliminates the need for tent building or extensive clean up on the turbine deck. Everything is contained within the trailer.

The CO2 or "dry ice" blasting offers the best alternative to standard bead or grit blasting. This medium sublimates completely after impact with target to be cleaned leaving absolutely no residual mess and bringing material back to bare metal condition. The only debris to be cleaned up is the contaminate from the surface of your part / component.

The Jamko Mobil cleaning unit is a standard 53' semi trailer modified to contain a monorail that moves the complete length of the trailer and can position parts to clean at either the CO2 blasting station or the bead blasting station. The trailer is also outfitted with floor a ceiling forced ventilation, central vacuuming, hepa filtration and stainless steel floor and walls.
