Pipe System Inspection & Cleaning | Job Date: Spring & Summer 2005
The Objective
Falter Construction needed sewer, water, and storm lines cleaned and inspected before they could begin to repave the roads in locations throughout Syracuse, NY. This had to be done to ensure that new and existing lines were not damaged or blocked with debris in case a section had to be repaired or replaced.
The Solution
Jamko cleaned thousands of feet of pipe ranging from 4in diameter pipe to 36in diameter pipe removing various amounts of debris and build-up of different materials from the pipes. This was done using our high pressure water blasting and high volume vacuum services to remove excessive debris. The JIS crew was then able to use our diverse collection of inspection equipment to video tape each line to ensure quality and cleanliness of new and existing pipe.
The Results
- All the pipe lines were completed to the customers satisfaction.
- Cleaning and Inspection was completed on schedule.
