Collection Trench System | Job Date: June 2005
The Objective
The groundwater collection trench piping at the former Plattsburg Air Force Base, in Plattsburg, New York, needs to be cleaned and CCTV inspected.
The Solution
An initial inspection was done to determine the condition of the lines. The lines had to be jetted and vacuumed out before the lines could be inspected. Guidelines were then placed in the piping to assist with the inspection due to the lines being greater than 500ft in length.
The Results
- Debris and build-up was removed from the collection trench piping.
- All lines contracted were inspected and documented to the customers satisfaction.
