Safety and Experience
Jamko Technical Solutions has built its reputation on the premise that we are dedicated to deliver a quality product and service to our customers. This means that during the development and improvement of our equipment and our employees, great emphasis is placed on plant component safety. Component safety is not only defined by the damage that can be done during visual exams but the damage that can result from performing a poor quality exam.
The quality of an exam not only depends on the personnel but also the equipment being used to perform it. At Jamko, our examiners are thoroughly trained and continually tested to maintain a sharp awareness of their task and the components they are working on. Our examiners are also VT level II qualified to ASNT Standard SNT-TC-1A and CP-189. This continued training and re-qualification program assures that you are always getting the best the industry can provide.
Our equipment is continually improved upon in regard to functionality and efficiency. We require all vision systems to pass VT-1, 2&3 qualifications and have adapted all remotely operated devises to accept accessories such as inclinometers, depth gauges and position verification systems that provide a digital readout and lets the operator know the location of the tooling at all times. This is especially important when existing damage or foreign material is found and allows us to accurately plot the location for further investigation and later reference.
